- 若顧客收到於生產過程有問題的書籍,包括錯頁或倒印,倒裝或缺頁 (不包括蓄意損壞者),顧客需在收貨後七天內,以電話或電郵聯絡我們,列明顧客姓名、訂貨編號及損壞情況。
- 我們於了解貨品問題後,將盡快安排換貨 / 退款。惟客戶必須附合以下各項準則,方可享受換貨 / 退款服務:
- 客戶須於收貨後七天內以電郵或電話通知EDGE Book,並需提供訂貨編號,顧客名稱及退貨原因。
- 所有退換貨品及其包裝,必需完整無缺,否則本公司將不辦理退貨手續。
- 若EDGE Book於客戶收貨七天後才收到客戶的退貨 / 換貨通知,或客戶未能齊備及退回所需文件或貨品,包括正式收據,EDGE Book有權拒絕客戶的申請。
- EDGE Book需審核顧客退換貨品之理據是否充分,並保留任何拒絕要求退貨申請之權利。
- 若因退款或退換貨品引起任何爭議,一切以EDGE Book之決定為最後仲裁。

退貨方式:
1. 郵遞退貨
- 客戶必須將發票正本連同貨品,發票上需註明退貨原因,並將貨品牢固包裹,一併退回EDGE Book,以便處理。
- 本公司將調查並因應個別個案處理退貨申請。如發現並非屬實,本公司有權拒絕退款 / 換貨申請,亦不作任何補償。
- 本公司將優先考慮更換有問題貨品,如因貨源問題,末能更換相同貨品,我們會為顧客安排退款。退款會經客戶付款時所用之信用卡銀行,退回顧客信用卡戶口。
- 客戶需承擔貨品在退回過程中可能遇到之風險,包括失貨,損毀等。EDGE Book概不負責當中構成的損失。

2. 自攜退貨
- 顧客到我們的辦公室進行退貨手續,及經職員查證損壞貨品後,我們將即時為顧客更換相同貨品。
- 如因貨源問題,未能更換相同貨品,職員會為顧客安排退貨手續。退款會經顧客付款時所用之信用卡銀行,退回顧客信用卡戶口。

- Merchandise is returnable only if production defects are detected (but not intentional damages). Customers should contact us by e-mail or telephone within 7 days from the day of merchandise receipt. Please indicate your name, your order number and the problems of the defective merchandise in the e-mail.
- We will arrange for you an exchange of the same merchandise after understanding the defect. To facilitate the process, customer should fulfill the following conditions for the exchange or return:
- Customers should contact EDGE Book by e-mail or telephone within 7 days from the day of merchandise receipt. You should indicate your name, your order number and give a brief description of the problem of the defective item.
- All returned merchandise has to be in their original packaging.
- We reserve the right to decline the return request if the return notice is given to us after 7 days upon receiving the merchandise or the customer cannot return the necessary documents, the merchandise or the original invoice to us.
- Should there be unjustified grounds for the merchandise return, we reserve the rights to reject such requests.
- Should there be any disputes arising from the return, the decision of EDGE Book is the final.

Return Methods:
1. By Mail
- Customer should pack the returned item in a proper manner, together with the original invoice stating the reason for the return.
- We will look into the return request. Should there be unjustified grounds for the exchange / return, we reserves the right to decline your request and are not responsible for any compensation.
- Refund will be made to the customer if the merchandise is out of stock. Refund will be arranged with the credit card bank you used during your purchase and deposited to your credit card account through your bank.
- Customer is responsible for any risks it might arise from the return shipment, ie. Loss of package, broken of goods. We will not responsible for any cost incurred.

2. By Person
- Customer may return the merchandise to our office after contacting with us. Our staff will examine the defective merchandise. Exchange will be arranged for you if the merchandise is proved to be defective.
- Refund will be made to the customer if the merchandise is out of stock. Refund will be arranged with the credit card bank you used during your purchase and deposited to your credit card account through your bank.
